A helmet, a lock and a repair kit (pumps, tire lever and spare inner tube) per bike are included in the rental. There are other accessories available for hire at an additional cost. When renting electric bikes, the charger is provided from a 2 day rental.

A deposit is requested for the rental of bicycles and electric bicycles. The deposit is to be paid at the time of recovery of the bike. For the payment of the deposit we accept a credit card (card imprint) or, for French customers, a bank check.

Aluminum racing bike : 1500,00 € per bike

Carbon racing bike (superior category) : 2.000,00 € per bike

Ebikes

In case of damages or flat tires, a repair fee will be charged.

Change of inner tube: €5.00

In case of damages or flat tires, we offer a breakdown service. The price for the services changes according to the distance. In the event of hardware malfunction due to a technical problem, you will not be charged for the breakdown service.

Our bikes are not insured against theft. In case of theft, the full deposit will be charged.

A theft guarantee is available at an additional cost, for more information ask in our rental agencies.

To book a bike, contact the store where you want to pick up your vehicle, check availability and pay a deposit. You can contact our 4 stores via our online form, by email or by phone. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation information. To avoid problems with your reservation, please check the information (dates, models, sizes, etc.) in your confirmation email and get back to us in case of mistakes.

For all reservation requests via our online form, we will respond as soon as possible. In the high season, waiting times for online applications may be longer. For any type of urgent request, please contact our agencies by telephone.

During the high season (from June to Septembre), for all one-day reservations, we only accept reservations the day before the rental. Thank you for your understanding.

A delivery service is available in all our stores. The price varies according to the distance. Please contact our stores to check the price and availability of a slot on the desired date.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express (only in the stores of Saint Tropez and La Croix Valmer), in cash, bank check (only from french banks) or holiday vouchers and bank transfer.

A deposit of approximately 20% will be requested to confirm your booking. The deposit is refundable for all cancellations up to 1 week before the start of the rental.
